Use of website   

This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.  You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.   

Website uptime  

All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.  Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.     

Disclaimer  

Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate at all times we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and, or up to date.  All material contained on this website is provided without any or warranty of any kind. You use the material on this website at your own discretion.  Material purchased in multiple units will be cut in a continuous length unless otherwise stated. On occasions large orders exceeding the amount available on a single roll, bolt or pack will be made up of multiple pieces, but will be made up of the minimum number of pieces possible.  We have tried to take images which represent as close as possible to the actual fabrics. However due to different screens and settings they may vary slightly. If you need to colour match fabric samples are available on request. A small fee is charged in order to cover the postage costs.     

Exclusion of liability 

 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.  Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.    

 Shipping 

 Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order unless otherwise stated.  On occasion some orders may be delayed and items may have to be ordered after you have placed your order due to fluctuating stock levels.  Customers will be notified within 48 hours of placing the order if the order will be delayed.     UK Shipping  Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.  Unless stated UK shipping is charged at: £1.95 for orders with a total value under £10; £3.95 for orders over £10, but under £40; and orders over £40 are shipped free.     

Cancellations, returns and refunds  

We are happy to accept cancellations within 14 days of placing your order.  It is your responsibility to return the goods in the original condition to our contact address at your own cost, (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order. Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.  We do not accept cancellations for the supply of any of the following:  Goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised. Goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Goods combined with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.    If there is a problem with your order caused by us then we will arrange the return of the goods free of charge.    

Personalisation of Goods  

Information provided for the use in personalising goods will be directly transcribed from the notes supplied by the customer. Checking of proof is the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of placing the order.  We do not accept responsibility for any errors in the personalisation of goods due mis-spelling or the provision of inaccurate information supplied by the customer.     

Click and Collect  

We offer a click and collect service from our shop in Pershore. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday can be collected the next working day from the following address:
